Occupational licenses expire at midnight on September 30th of annually. On August 1st of on a yearly basis a renewal statement is mailed out to every occupational license holder and have to be renewed ahead of Oct 1st. An occupational license that isn't renewed by October 15th will likely be deemed delinquent and subject matter to some delinquency
